AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Businesses along historic Route 66 in Amarillo are now eligible for additional financial support through the city’s Business Improvement Program.
The program offers a matching grant of up to 50% of total project costs.
Drew Brassfield, assistant director of planning for the city of Amarillo, said, “This year, for businesses along Route 66, we’re offering an additional 25% match with a cap at $30,000, for projects that are, in total, more than $40,000.”…
