As we sit out here at Help 4 The Holidays in Amarillo, we are in a building that only has one other business attached to it. Now, I’ve seen this building plenty of times, but I’ve never paid attention to what Ehle was.
We figured we would have some neighbors this year, and we were hoping for some kinder ones than we’ve had in the past. However, it turns out we would have no neighbors this year, surprisingly.

Ehle Was No Longer Ehle
Something I was fully unaware of, and there’s a good chance you were too, Robert Ehle, the man who owned the business, recently experienced a global aphasia stroke. If you’re unaware what that is, it’s a stroke that affects both the language-receptive and language-expressive areas of your brain.
It creates a severe language disorder due to extensive damage to the brain, and after some personal reflection and consulting with doctors, Dr. Ehle announced he wouldn’t be able to return to practice.
