AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A lawsuit filed against Amarillo ISD over a student who died from an allergic reaction in 2023 has been dismissed.
Court records in the case brought by Emerson Kate Cole’s mother show that she no longer wishes to pursue the matter at this time.
