AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — On Tuesday, Chef Ron, owner of Sunday’s Kitchen, joined Today in Amarillo to prepare a Christmas Wishlist Week Night Tostadas.

Chicken Tostadas
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp canola or oil for frying
- 1½ cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup of refried charro beans
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo
- 1 cup of guacamole
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Chalulah, Tapatio, or Valentina hot sauce, optional
