AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The mother of a girl who court documents say suffered a fatal allergic reaction at school and got no treatment has agreed to drop her lawsuit against Amarillo ISD.
The district and Chelsea Acosta said in the document filed Friday Acosta no longer wants to pursue the case but reserves the right to file another suit.
Neither side mentioned a financial settlement…
