AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo man is accused of stealing significant amounts of beef jerky.
A Potter County grand jury indicted Lucas Lee Mack, 30, for three separate charges of theft of property less than $2,500 with previous convictions.
The offense is a state jail felony. In Texas, a state jail felony carries a punishment range of up to 2 years in a state jail facility.
