AUSTIN, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo woman has been appointed to the state family violence prevention task force.
Julie Kinser, of Amarillo, is the director of leadership and staff development at the Department of Family and Protective Services, and was appointed to the Family Violence Criminal Homicide Prevention Task Force.
