The Big Texan Steak Ranch is preparing for one of its busiest days of the year, as staff ready the restaurant’s annual Christmas Day buffet — one of only two holiday buffets the business hosts each year.
The buffet will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 25, offering scratch-made recipes and staples that have become part of a nearly 50-year family tradition. The Thanksgiving buffet is the only other day the restaurant offers a full holiday spread.
