AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Officials with the Amarillo Public Library announced that the Southwest Branch Library will be closed Tuesday.
Officials said the closure is due to water issues at the location and repairs will need to be made to the building’s water lines.
The Amarillo Public Library has four other locations that will be open while repairs are made to the Southwest Branch.
- Downtown Library – 413 SE 4th
- East Branch Library – 2232 SE 27th
- North Branch Library – 1500 NE 24th
- Northwest Branch Library – 6100 SW 9th
