Potter County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 37-year-old David Jordan Andrews Wednesday at 5:24pm in the 5600 block of Southeast 3rd for a Parole Violation. Potter County Detention Center inmate Dyshaun Lavon Johnson was charged Wednesday with Online Solicitation of a Minor For Sexual Conduct. P-C-D-C inmate Ashton Paul Kempf, age 20 was charged Wednesday with Publishing or Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Material. Deputies arrested 30-year-old Daniel Joseph Martinez Wednesday at 3pm in the 600 block of South Pittsburgh for two counts of Burglary of a Building. Potter County Deputies arrested 32-year-old Edwin Elias Ortiz Wednesday at 10:20pm in the 1000 block of South Rusk for Evading Arrest or Detention and an Outstanding City Charge.
