Potter County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 39-year-old Henry Lee Ary, the fourth Sunday morning at 1:40 in the 1600 block of North Roberts for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony and a Parole Violation, total bond was set at $20, 000. 24-year-old Nathaniel Josiah Bastardo was arrested Sunday at 5:40am in the 1600 block of I-40 East for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport, a City Charge and an Out-Of-County Charge, total bond was set at $7,500. Deputies arrested William Early Cherry, age 45 Sunday at 4:50pm in the 1500 block of South Ross for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and a City Charge.
