Panhandle Community Services sees increased demand for utility assistance

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – As winter continues, Panhandle Community Services continues to see a demand for utility assistance.

Since October, it has made over 1,200 utility payments for those in need, with the average cost of utility assistance around $620 dollars.
