AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A new single-family attached development is currently under construction in Randall County, inside the city limits of Amarillo.
Before actual construction work could begin at the site off of Georgia Street, Llano Realty had to work with the city of Amarillo, as there were concerns regarding an old creek and water that ran through it when it flooded, going into a nearby playa lake.
