H&MV Engineering, a leading global provider of specialist high-voltage electrical engineering services based in Limerick, Ireland, has acquired Cooke Power Services, a power infrastructure company based in Amarillo.
The company said that its U.S. headquarters in Dallas, combined with the Cooke acquisition, strengthens its ability to serve clients across the Midwest and Southwestern regions within the data center, renewables, and utility sectors.
