City of Amarillo announced that its Water Utilities crews repaired a water main break on S. Manhattan Street, restoring service to 60 residential and business customers. Officials said that soon after a second water main break occurred on S. Dallas Street, crews began excavating and will continue working through the night, aiming to keep customers in service.
