Man accused of killing neighbor’s dog, shooting at police officer with pellet gun indicted

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man accused of killing his neighbor’s dog and shooting at an Amarillo police officer with a pellet gun was indicted.

A Potter County grand jury indicted Edwin Dwight Hubbard for aggravated assault against a public servant, and cruelty to non-livestock animal/kill or poison.
