AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — An area cemetery has been accused of burying a person in the wrong place, and two lawsuits have been filed in Potter County District Court.
According to court documents filed in the 320th Judicial District Court in Potter County, Llano Cemetery is being sued for allegedly burying a family member in a plot that was reserved for another.

Two lawsuits were filed claiming that Llano Cemetery buried their family member in the wrong plot causing pain and suffering.
One of the lawsuits claimed that Llano Cemetery, “Rather than respect the sanctity of the grave owned by Plaintiff, Defendant trespassed into Plaintiffs’ grave site and buried someone else there.”…
