Bond was set at $617 for 35-year-old Priscilla Leeanna Hernandez who was arrested Wednesday at 2:29pm for A Child Under the age of 4 Not Secured by a Seatbelt and no Car Insurance. RSO arrested 48-year-old Jefferey Shane Lambert Wednesday afternoon at 3:33 for three counts of Driving While License is Invalid, two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, four counts of No Liability Insurance, No Driver’s License, Operating An Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Display of Expired License Plates, bond was set at $5,120.
