Officers who entered an Amarillo residence earlier this week found the remains of a person who appeared to have died years ago, the Amarillo Police Department said.
APD said officers were called to a reported disturbance in the 1800 block of South Lincoln on Monday, Feb. 16. While there, officers were told of a possible deceased person inside a residence in the 1800 block of South Buchanan.
