AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A 30-year-old man will spend a year in state jail for stealing large amounts of beef jerky.
Lucas Lee Mack, 30, pleaded guilty to three separate charges of theft of property less than $2,500 with previous convictions.
The dates for each offense are listed as Sept. 4, Sept. 12. and Sept. 27.
On those respective dates, court documents say that Mack “did then and there, unlawfully appropriate, by acquiring or otherwise exercising control over property, namely, beef jerky” from the owner…
