AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A Randall County grand jury indicted a man for the hit-and-run of a mailman last month.
The grand jury reviewed the evidence and decided there was enough to formally charge 25-year-old Hunter David Boydston for accident involving serious bodily injury.
The charge is a third-degree felony and carries a punishment of up to 10 years in prison.
