AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A 60-year-old woman who caused a serious wreck in 2024 was sentenced last week.
Annette Outley appeared in 320th District Court last week to plead guilty to three counts filed against her in Potter County.
- Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree felony
- Intoxication assault with a vehicle with serious bodily injury, third-degree felony
- Driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more, third-degree felony
District Judge Steven Denny sentenced her to 15 years in prison on all three counts.
