AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo man with more than 20 arrests is now one of the 10 most wanted fugitives in Texas.
The Department of Public Safety added Jeffery DeWayne Wallace to its list of “Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives.”
