COLLIN CO., Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo woman charged with capital murder of her 3-year-old has been indicted by a Collin County grand jury.
According to Collin County court records, a grand jury found enough evidence to indict Chelsea Berg for capital murder of a person under 10 years old and injury to a child causing serious bodily injury.
