AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo man was indicted after a head-on crash killed one person and seriously injured three others.
A Potter County grand jury indicted Marcos Ramirez Ramirez on one count of intoxication manslaughter, and three counts of intoxication assault.
