Amarillo College has issued notice of a Special Meeting for its Board of Regents. That meeting will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Palo Duro Room, 2201 South Washington on the AC campus.
Following public comment, the Board of Regents will deliberate possible actions – if any – related to the findings of a recent forensic audit. The board may take action on financial matters following discussion.
Afterward, the Board of Regents will move to a Closed Session where it is expected they will consult with the college attorney on a confidential legal matter.
