Jury selection set for trial in I-27 crash that left 2 ENMU students dead

CANYON, Texas (KFDA) – Rayna Smith, the former West Texas A&M University student charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter, appeared in court Wednesday for a pretrial hearing.

Smith is accused of causing a head-on crash on Interstate 27 that left two Eastern New Mexico University students dead.
