AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The Amarillo City Council has approved more than $30 million in certificates of obligation to fund street construction and maintenance projects.
The move follows a direction set by a previous council in August 2023 to develop a plan for issuing debt annually for street maintenance and reconstruction.
