AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Xcel Energy Electric Outage Map reports that an unplanned power outage impacts over 1,000 customers in the City of Stinnett. Outages occurred at around 9:30 a.m., affecting approximately 1,185 customers.
