AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – A Randall County Grand Jury has handed down three indictments against a local man. 44-year-old Benjamin James Schwartz was indicted on two counts of Publish/Threat to publish Intimate Visual Material, and one count of Invasive Visual Recordings.
According to court documents, Schwartz allegedly obtained intimate photos of multiple victims and attempted to embarrass and or humiliate them by revealing their identity back in July 2025.
