A person was arrested on reckless arson charges after authorities determined a fire in Amarillo had been intentionally set on Wednesday, March 18.
The Amarillo Fire Department said crews responded to an outside fire in the 700 block of North Dallas on March 18 that was actively threatening nearby structures.
