POTTER COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — According to Potter County court documents, an official complaint has been filed against a second person allegedly involved in the shooting on the 300 block of South Mississippi.
As previously reported by MyHighPlains.com, Azaiah Zuniga-Valle, 20, was arrested in connection with the shooting on South Mississippi Street on Sunday. Officers found Zuniga-Valle at the Walmart in Hereford, where he was arrested on an on-view charge of “Aggravated Assault,” as well as two outstanding warrants for “Aggravated Assault.” He was booked into the Deaf Smith County Jail.
Documents that were filed on Thursday note that 20-year-old Adan Moyces Lamas is being charged with two counts of “Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.”
