AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Police Department reported that two schools were placed in secure status as a precaution after a man discharged a firearm in a backyard.
According to APD, officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of Bowie on Wednesday regarding a report of a person discharging a firearm in a backyard.
