Potter County Sheriffs arrested 38-year-old Winston Wendell Barnes of Dalhart Tuesday at 1am for an Out-Of-County Charge. Deputies arrested Thelonious Dontae Brown, age 44 Tuesday at 12:30pm in the 4200 block of Erick for a City Charge and an Out-Of-County Charge. Potter County arrested 28-year-old Caleb Jordan Dalton Tuesday at 7:50pm at Southwest 12th and South Hayden for Criminal Mischief between $100 and $750. Bond was set at $1,000 for 33-year-old Rudy Diaz who was arrested by Potter County Tuesday morning at 2:41 for two JP Charges. PSO arrested 37-year-old Jefery Daunte Gilmore Tuesday at 4:45am in the 1300 block of Northwest 13th for Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation.

PSO arrested Savannah Nicole Pettis, age 33 Tuesday at 1:47am in the 400 block of North Florida for Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Conviction and Evading Arrest. Potter County arrested Dylan Ridge Roberts, age 36 Tuesday at 10:50am in the 2400 block of Line Avenue to Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group3 and Criminal Trespass.
