AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Prairie dogs can be cute little critters, but over time, their population and the amount of land they inhabit can get out of control.
This is exactly what has happened around the location of the Southwest Branch Library.
“We’ve kind of run into is just an over population of prairie dogs to where they’re getting into dangerous situations up against the street where people may have to avoid them by swerving and that’s something we don’t really want.
