AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — On Tuesday, Chef Tamika Kimble, owner of Kimble’s Kitchen, joined Today in Amarillo and prepared Hamburger-Be-Rolling, also known as cheeseburger eggrolls.

Hamburger-Be-Rolling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 10–12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
