A fire that started Monday evening in Potter County was nearly halfway contained by Tuesday afternoon, April 7.
The Meadow View Fire, started about 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 6 in the northeasterrn part of the county, according to Juan Rodriguez with the Texas A&M Forest Service.
