AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Ulise Delao, a man accused of striking and killing Brittany Torres in Canyon, has been re-indicted in Randall County.
Yesterday, the Randall County District Attorney refiled the case. Documents state the charges are now intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and manslaughter.
In 2024, the Canyon Police Department arrested Delao for hitting Torres with his vehicle as she was standing outside the vehicle.
