AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A woman in Potter County was indicted on an arson-related charge after a city of Amarillo building was damaged on March 18.
Man accused of planning 2025 July 4th Parade attack in Canyon pleads guilty to federal charge, rearraigned
According to documents filed in Potter County, Elizabeth Ashley De Los Santos was indicted on a charge of “Arson Causing Reckless Damage to a Building.”
The indictment reports that a trash fire was allegedly started by De Los Santos that “got out of control” and damaged a building belonging to the City of Amarillo.
