AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Amarillo Parks and Recreation announced that it will host another food truck wars next month with plenty of local food trucks competing in the “Battle of the Bites.”
The event is scheduled to take place alongside the “Great Water Wars,” hosted by the Amarillo Police Department on May 30 at John Stiff Park.

According to officials, the public is invited to this free event to taste the flavors of Amarillo by purchasing from the many food trucks attending. Guests will be asked to vote on their favorite trucks before leaving…
