Two people were killed and ten wounded early Saturday morning in a shooting attack at The Westminster Apartments in the 2400 block of South Coulter. Police reporting that 17-year-old Rudy Almanza and a 16-year-old unidentified male were killed. The gathering involved juveniles and young adults.
