*In-N-Out Burger is preparing to open a new restaurant as part of Irvine’s massive Great Park redevelopment, one of the largest ongoing development projects in Southern California.
The new location, planned for 7900 Great Park Boulevard, will be situated within the sprawling Great Park project, a 1,300-acre transformation of a former Marine Corps air station into a destination that combines recreation, entertainment, retail, and public spaces, Secret Los Angeles reports.
According to project plans, the restaurant will include 3,860 square feet of indoor space and a 500-square-foot outdoor patio. The design also features a dual-lane drive-thru that merges into a single pickup lane, helping accommodate the high volume of customers typically associated with the fast-food chain.
