Popping Yolk Cafe, the brunch concept known for its creative takes on comfort food classics, is expanding again in California with a new franchise agreement in Buena Park. The new location will be operated by Javier and Rose Zamora, together with their children Ethan Zamora, Nathan Zamora, and Tiffany Westmoreland, according to RestaurantNews.com
Company founder and CEO Jason Tsai highlighted Buena Park as a strategic fit for the concept, pointing to its mix of families, residents, and tourism traffic. He noted that the brand’s menu and guest experience have consistently resonated across diverse markets, from suburban neighborhoods to high-traffic urban corridors.
Although the deal has been confirmed, Tsai told WhatNow that the exact site has not yet been finalized. “At this stage, we are still in the site selection process, so we do not yet have a confirmed location or opening timeline,” he said. “However, we are optimistic about the market and look forward to bringing Popping Yolk Café to Buena Park in the future.”…
