The Ventura County District Attorney announced on Thursday that a suspect has been arrested and charged in a decades-old Oxnard violent kidnapping and robbery case involving an 18-year-old woman, who was also allegedly sexually assaulted in the attack.
Authorities said DNA testing led them to the suspect, 55-year-old Long Beach resident Bobby Rollins Jr., 36 years after the crime.
