Cars doing donuts in social media videos towed after World Cup celebrations in SoCal

The Santa Ana Police Department seized two different cars, which were allegedly seen doing donuts in videos of recent World Cup celebrations posted to social media.

“We saw it. We identified the vehicle. We authored and served a seizure warrant. And we arrested the driver,” Santa Ana PD announced on June 25.

The driver arrested from the initial video investigated by police was identified as 27-year-old David Martrinez of Westminster. The video appears to show a white Infiniti doing donuts in a Santa Ana intersection while passengers hang from the car windows waving a Mexican flag…
