A man who began struggling while swimming with a friend off an Orange County beach Monday evening has died, according to marine officials.
A 911 call reporting that a man had gone missing in the water at Crescent Bay was made just before 7:30 p.m., the Laguna Beach Department of Marine Safety said in a news release Tuesday morning.
