WESTMINSTER, Calif. (KCAL/KCBS) – A former California park employee has been accused of secretly recording lifeguards changing in a locker room.
The 59-year-old man allegedly installed a hidden camera and recorded videos for a year.
Some of the alleged victims of former California State Parks Superintendent Kevin Pearsall watched as their one-time boss faced a judge in an Orange County courtroom this week.
