An e-bike rider was struck and killed Tuesday evening, just one day after a violent hit-and-run crash left another Santa Ana e-bike rider seriously injured.
The fatal crash was reported near the Metrolink station at North Santiago Street and East Santa Ana Boulevard around 6 p.m.
Video from Citizen.com showed a silver Mercedes-Benz SUV stopped in the roadway, with the victim’s clothing scattered in front of the vehicle.
