Traffic was moving slowly on Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa. One driver found some additional pavement.
Costa Mesa police said the driver headed down the boulevard with the wheels on the driver’s side of his vehicle up on the curb.
He did not make it through cleanly. Police said he sideswiped three cars along the way…
