DOWNEY — The City Council received an update Tuesday on the city’s Downey Forward 2030 Strategic Plan, with officials reporting that the five-year roadmap is now 70.4% complete.
The fourth-quarter report covered progress from April 1 through June 30 and showed an increase from 67.9% completion during the previous quarter.
